We built Sesslynx so nobody has to remember.

Why we built it

Sesslynx started at home. As parents, we were juggling our own kids' classes, each with its own coach, its own days and its own way of paying. We kept trying to hold it all in our heads: which sessions we had already paid for and which we had not, which weeks the kids actually went and which they missed, and whether that one cancellation counted.

Then we noticed the coaches were in the same spot. Many of them could not remember either, keeping track of a dozen families from memory or a notes app. And when the numbers did not line up, the talk about an unpaid amount turned uncomfortable, sometimes ugly, between people who otherwise got along well.

That gap is small, but it is where the awkward conversations live: a missed payment, a session one side remembers and the other does not, a late cancel nobody agreed on. We wanted a calm, fair way to close it, for our own family and for everyone else's.

So Sesslynx does one job. Either side marks a session. The other side confirms. The balance and the monthly statement follow from that, and both sides see the same thing. Each class has its own chat for everything in between, and both parents can share one family.

What we care about

• Fair to both sides. Coaches and parents get the same record and the same tools to agree on it.
• Quiet by default. Marking reminders are batched, respect quiet hours, and stop as soon as anyone marks. Reminders before a class come only if you ask for them, when you ask for them.
• Little data about kids. First names only, and each parent sees only their own kid, in lists and in chats.
• The right conversation in the right place. Each class has its own chat, so nothing important gets lost in a group text.
