How it works
It takes a few minutes to add a class. After that, the only thing anyone does is mark a session, and that takes under five seconds.
Coaches add a class, the kids in it, and each kid's rate plan: per session, a package of lessons, or a monthly flat fee.
Send one invite link per family. Parents can start too: add a class for a coach who is not on Sesslynx yet, and they can claim it later. Parents can invite a co-parent.
Either side marks attendance in under five seconds. The other side gets a notice and can confirm or dispute. No reply in 48 hours means confirmed.
Every mark updates a live shared balance. At the end of the month, both sides get the same statement. In between, each class has its own chat.
The life of one session
If the parent does nothing, the mark auto-confirms after 48 hours. If they dispute it, the charge stays pending until you agree.

Confirmed, settled after something's off, or auto-confirmed after 48 hours of silence. Nothing is left open.

Every class gets its own chat automatically, with exactly the right people in it. When a family joins the class they join the chat; when they leave, they leave it.

A guided setup walks you through your details, cancellation rules, rate plans, classes and families. Send each family an invite link. They join free and see their own kid's sessions, balance and class chat, and can invite their co-parent.
Add a class for a coach who is not on Sesslynx yet and track it yourself. Invite the coach. When they join, they claim the class and the history merges.
Coaches start free with up to 5 kids. Parents linked to a coach on Sesslynx are always free.
