Using Sesslynx

You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, including classes, rates, attendance, and payments, and for keeping your login secure.

What Sesslynx is, and is not

Sesslynx is a shared record-keeping tool for attendance, balances, and payments between coaches and parents. Sesslynx is not a party to the arrangement between a coach and a family. Coaches set their own rates and policies. Sesslynx does not currently process payments; recorded payments are a record of payments made outside the Service.

Confirmations and disputes

When one side marks a session, the other side can confirm or dispute it. A mark that is not confirmed or disputed within 48 hours is treated as confirmed. Disputes are between the coach and the family; Sesslynx shows the record but does not decide disputes.

Plans and billing

Coach Free and the Parent plan are free. Coach Pro and Family Plus are paid plans, billed monthly or yearly at the prices on our pricing page. You see the price and billing terms before you are charged.

Acceptable use

• Do not add information about people without the right to do so.
• Do not misuse the Service, try to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use Sesslynx for anything unlawful.
• Keep class chats respectful and about the class. Do not post anything harassing, hateful or sexual, or anyone's personal information. Coaches can remove messages in their class chats, and anyone can report a message to the coach.

Co-parents

A primary parent can invite a co-parent, who then sees and can act on the family's records: the same kids, balances, statements and class chats. Either of you can end this at any time. Invite only someone who shares responsibility for your kids.

Your content

You own the information you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you and the people you share classes with.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app at Settings → Delete account (see how deletion works). Your sign-in is locked immediately. Session, payment and ledger records shared with the other side of a class stay in their history without your name. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Xentric Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
