Delete your account

How to delete it

In the iPhone or Android app: More → Settings → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away.

Primary parent with a co-parent? Remove them first, since the kids go with your account.

Can't sign in? Email admin@xentriclabs.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address and phone number
Your kids' first names and birth years
The text of every chat message you sent
Your devices (push notification tokens), notifications and preferences
Your connections with coaches or families, and your classes, which end

What is kept

Sessions, payments and balances are a shared record between a coach and a family, so the other side keeps that history, without your name. We keep nothing else.
